Nothing here is measured. No operator is connected to khaali. Everything on this page is a demo conductor, and every number it produces is labelled simulated wherever it appears — on the planner, on the map, in the reason khaali gives for a journey.

khaali does not reserve a seat on a bus. A bus is boarded, not booked. What this ledger protects is planning room: having pointed people at the 07:00, khaali stops telling everybody else the 07:00 is empty.

Nobody is named. Occupancy needs a count and a destination, not a person, so no passenger identity is entered, stored or scanned here.
